It was a risky decision serving a local delicacy - in absolute authentic way - alongside croissant, toast, egg etc at breakfast. Some guest reactions were as "expected" but some have been with absolute thrill to have this Khnom Jeen!.
I still insist in the idea of serving at least one traditional fare each day to our guests so that they can experience being both a visitor and also a local. Something memorable and unique and that they can't get them anywhere else.
