Friends in High Places:
A 78 year-old Hmong hilltribe man has been making knives in a village up in the mountain for decades, evidenced by the strong upper body.
He comes from Pang Oung village in Doi Inthanin mountain range south of Chiangmai that would take him four days by foot in those days. He married a girl from the Maerim side of the mountain 50 years ago hence the move.
